Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MailFlow Pro, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and accept these Terms in full. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

MailFlow Pro is an email marketing and deliverability platform that allows users to send bulk emails, manage subscriber lists, track campaign analytics, warm up email addresses, and automate email workflows. Features vary by subscription plan.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another party
• Each account is for use by a single person or organization only

You agree NOT to use MailFlow Pro to:

• Send spam, unsolicited commercial email, or emails to purchased/rented lists
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or fraudulent communications
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Send emails promoting illegal products, services, or activities
• Harvest email addresses through automated means
• Attempt to bypass sending limits, spam filters, or platform security
• Impersonate another person or organization

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

MailFlow Pro offers Free, Starter, Growth, and Pro subscription plans with varying features and limits. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually) in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay.

• All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30-day advance notice

Your Data: You retain ownership of all content, subscriber lists, and data you upload to MailFlow Pro. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide our services.

Our Platform: MailFlow Pro, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is our proprietary property. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance (with advance notice) or emergency maintenance as needed. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MAILFLOW PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING 3 MONTHS.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India, with proceedings conducted in English.

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
