Log Data: We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and timestamps when you use our service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful basis to email your subscribers and complying with applicable email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we purge data within 30 days, except where required by law. Email logs are retained for 90 days.
